Creator's Trial

1. The qualifying challenge

A qualifying gameplay submission requires a perfect 11–0 victory against the Master CPU in the game's designated First to 11 Creator's Trial.

The first legitimate completion that satisfies the game's evidence requirements and is verified as eligible may qualify for the inaugural Creator Contract opportunity described below.

2. Verification

A result shown by the game does not by itself establish contract eligibility. Lucid Business Enterprises LLC ("Lucid") must verify the submission, account, and qualifying evidence.

Submissions may be rejected if evidence indicates cheating, automation, unauthorized software, a modified client, manipulated saves or telemetry, account sharing, falsified evidence, abuse of an exploit, or another method inconsistent with the intended Creator's Trial.

Priority is determined using Lucid's authoritative server-received evidence among submissions that ultimately satisfy these Official Rules. An invalid or ineligible submission does not consume the inaugural Creator Contract opportunity.

3. Creator Contract opportunity

The first verified eligible player may qualify to enter a separate paid Creator Contract with Lucid for an approximately 1–2 hour game-design consultation.

Fixed compensation upon completion of the contracted consultation: $200 USD.

The $200 is compensation for the separate consultation service. It is not an in-game cash prize paid merely for displaying an 11–0 result.

4. Eligibility

Eligibility for the paid Creator Contract requires that the player:

• be at least 18 years old;
• use a verified account and satisfy the game's required verification process;
• be legally able to enter the contract and receive payment in the player's jurisdiction;
• have an account in good standing;
• comply with these Official Rules and the game's integrity requirements; and
• execute the separate Creator Contract and any reasonably required tax/payment documentation.

The Creator Contract opportunity is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. No paid entry or wagering

No separate entry fee, wager, stake, paid retry, or paid gameplay advantage is required to attempt or qualify for the Creator's Trial. Qualification is determined by verified gameplay performance.

6. The design consultation

The separate Creator Contract will govern the consultation and resulting contribution. It may address originality of contributions, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, attribution, tax/payment documentation, and Lucid's creative and technical control.

Lucid may adapt, redraw, rename, combine, modify, or reject elements for gameplay, technical, legal, artistic, or production reasons. The consultation does not guarantee that any proposed concept will be commercially released, and no ongoing royalty is owed unless Lucid expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

7. In-game rewards

Any in-game rewards that the game grants for completing the Creator's Trial are governed by the game itself and are separate from verification or eligibility for the paid Creator Contract.

8. Platform disclaimer

The Creator's Trial and Creator Contract program are sponsored and administered solely by Lucid Business Enterprises LLC. Google LLC and Google Play are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of the program.

9. Privacy

Creator's Trial evidence is handled as described in the game's Privacy Policy. Account deletion removes associated Creator's Trial evidence as described on the Account & Data Deletion page.
